All used units are in very good to excellent condition and are fully tested to be 100% functional and come with remote control. They will, of course, require activation. Used DirecTV units always require new access card, since they will not re-activate them. NOTE: the 12 month warrantee on the R5000-HD does not apply to the receivers. Manufacturer's warrantees may still apply in some cases (always with new units), but you will need to contact your service provider for warrantee repairs.
