DVR Software

In addition to the standard version R5000-HD DVR, special versions are available supporting SageTV Media Center (sold separately), multi-tuner simultaneous capture and Windows MCE. All software is downloadable from the support area but the special versions require the purchase of keys to activate them.

To receive software key(s) please send us the serial numbers of all your R5000-HD devices (this is not the serial number of your STB but of the R5000-HD USB device. It can be found from the device selection pulldown or Help->About menu of the DVR application).

Multiple keys only issued to original owner. Note that while only one device/key combination is required to use the software, it must be connected to the PC while the DVR is in operation. For example, if you own 2 devices with serial numbers 100123X and 100456Yand a key is only requested for 100123X, then 100123X MUST be connected for the software to operate.
